Digital Marketing Executive
We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Remote Female Digital Marketing and SEO Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and engaging in our programs remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for student success.
Role Objective
- To own, fix, scale, and future-proof Catalyze’s organic growth engine, ensuring strong visibility, high-intent traffic, and qualified inbound leads across multiple geographies, curricula, and business verticals.
- This is not an execution-only role. It requires strategic ownership, deep Google ecosystem understanding, parent psychology awareness, AI-mature SEO execution, and independent decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete SEO lifecycle: audit -> strategy execution monitoring iteration
- Build 90 / 180 / 360-day SEO roadmaps aligned to business goals
- Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, indexing, schema, and international SEO
- Develop curriculum-wise and grade-wise topical authority clusters
- Align content strategy to parent pain points and high-consideration decision journeys
- Use AI responsibly for keyword clustering, content optimisation, and SEO forecasting while protecting EEAT
- Design and execute a white-hat backlink and digital authority strategy
- Independently manage SEO across multiple markets (India, UAE, KSA, Singapore, UK and others)
- Drive decision-making through GA4, Google Search Console and SEMrush insights
Analytics & Google Ecosystem Ownership
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event-based tracking, funnels, and lead-quality analysis
- Strong command of Google Search Console for index coverage, crawl diagnostics, query intent analysis and CTR optimisation
- Ability to integrate GA4, GSC and SEMrush into a single insight-driven reporting system
- Clear communication of what improved, what didn’t, why, and what to do next
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Deep expertise with SEMrush (mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console
- Proven experience in technical, content, backlink and international SEO
- Demonstrated maturity in AI-assisted SEO workflows
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
