Program Counsellors
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Program Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. As a Remote Program Executive, you will leverage your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively present our products/services and close deals remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations to showcase our products/services and address client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as video conferencing and online presentations.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
